Thursday 30th March
| The Disappearing Hedgehog
Memorial Hall, Marton, 7pm.
Dr Toni Bunnell is giving a talk on the subject of 'The Disappearing Hedgehog'.
Dr Bunnell is a wildlife biologist who lectured at Hull University for over 16 years & her talks are always hugely interesting & informative so I hope as many of you as possible can make it. In addition to her local talks she has also featured on Countryfile & The One Show.
Anecdotal evidence suggests the population is in decline, as is the case nationally, so we are hoping this talk will focus some light on their plight, and crucially give residents of our villages the information & motivation to adapt their gardens & hopefully reverse the trend.
Any donations towards hedgehog care in Yorkshire & the Humber gratefully received.
