Arkendale Community Hall, 7.30pm.
The Annual Parish Meeting will be followed by the Parish Council AGM and a Parish Council Meeting. The timing of the latter two meetings is dependant on the conclusion of the Parish Meeting
The Parish Meeting, which all parishioners are encouraged to attend, provides a very valuable opportunity to raise matters of concern or interest to all.
The Parish Councillors will welcome a good attendance and also the chance to meet new people in the village who may as yet not know how the Council is run.

Parcevall Hall, near Appletreewick,
The benefice has an away day to Parcevall Hall , near Appletreewick, each year and everyone in the area, whether an occasional or regular churchgoer is welcome to come along on Friday 18th May. A day with Bishop John.
We hope to obtain some grant aid towards the cost of the day, but guests usually pay £20 or so for the day. We usually car share, so lifts can be found if you are unable to drive. For more details or to book your place, please contact Jean Stokes, 340517.

His songs are heading up the charts and if he can get there by tonight he’ll be on Top of The Pops..... So, get ready, Eddie, go! You’re heading for the high life, with the fabulous Gold Tops behind you every step of the way! But when things take a churn for the worse, will you get back for the morning milk?
